Teija Bean is the Head of Product Design at Forum Ventures AI Studio, where she collaborates with founders to bring AI-driven ideas to life as market-ready SaaS products. With experience leading a product agency and design teams across AI, Web3, B2B, and B2C SaaS, Teija has had the privilege of guiding startups from those first sparks of ideation through to successful market launches.

Her hands-on approach is rooted in a genuine desire to help founders sidestep common pitfalls and build MVPs that truly connect with their target audiences. She focuses on creating products with real traction while laying the groundwork for sustainable growth through thoughtful product team processes and scalable operations.
