I dedicated over 10 years to building and scaling Paper, where I grew the company from an idea to a category-defining company and industry leader in equitable academic support. As co-founder and former COO/CTO, I led the technology, product, people, and operations teams to bring our vision to life—ensuring every student had access to the help they needed to reach their full potential.

Now, I’m channeling that experience into coaching and advising startup founders, helping them navigate growth, leadership, and the challenges of scaling a company. My passion lies in pushing high-potential leaders beyond their comfort zones so they can unlock their full capabilities and build enduring, impactful businesses.
