Derrick's team is developing a multi-year enterprise architecture roadmap to modernize and enhance HPA’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity resilience, business applications, and data integration platform to align with the Port’s long-term strategic goals to improve the Port’s efficiency, visibility, and Port wide operational planning and decision making.
