Juanita Lee Garcia is the Chief Operating Officer at Growclass. Previously, she led marketing, social impact, and partnerships at Venture for Canada as part of the leadership team responsible for growing the national registered charity from 5 to 30+ staff and from $1M to $50M+ in funding from government, corporate and UHNW individuals, before managing the equity-based philanthropic fund The Upside Foundation’s strategic direction which led to it’s acquisition by SickKids Giving Foundation.

Juanita holds a Master’s in Adult Education from OSIE at the University of Toronto, an MFA from Western, and a BHFA from Queen’s University. She is a proud Latinx migrant living in Toronto.
