Catherine Ouellet-Dupuis (she/her)

General Partner, White Star Capital

Catherine Ouellet-Dupuis is a General Partner at White Star Capital, where she co-leads the North American Seed Fund out of Montreal. Dedicated to helping local early-stage companies scale into global champions, Catherine brings a diverse and extensive background in tech leadership, corporate development, finance, and law to her role in venture capital. 

Prior to joining White Star Capital, Catherine served as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Workleap, an IT and HR technology global leader. During her tenure, she spearheaded the company's M&A and strategic initiatives, playing a pivotal role in scaling the business to over US$100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Earlier in her career, she honed her financial and legal expertise working in investment banking in Toronto and Hong Kong, as well as practicing corporate law in Montreal, during which she was actively involved in 2 IPOs and several M&As.

Being a nature lover, she also currently serves as the Chairman of the Space for Life Foundation and is the former Board Chair for the Quebec Chapter of the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS).
