I’ve led $150M portfolio projects in a massive P&C corporation, then cold-called the founders of Missive to convince them to hire me — and left to join them as their first non-technical team member. In between, I became the first employee at QScale, now the largest heat recovery computing center in Canada. I’ve always operated in “startup mode” — no matter the context. I’m wired to scale teams, set the right pace, and bring just enough process to unlock people’s full potential. I’ve lived the grind of big orgs and the chaos of small ones, and I know exactly how to blend both to get results. I’m a CPA, but my real edge is hiring top talent, challenging founders and investors to think sharper, and getting the absolute best out of every team. I’m sharp, impatient, and punch way above my weight — the kind of operator you want in the trenches and the kind of advisor who tells it like it is.
