We aim to shed light on how accelerators can serve as a catalyst for positive change, fostering a supportive ecosystem that recognizes and addresses the mental health needs of entrepreneurs. From implementing specialized programs to facilitating access to mental health resources, accelerators have the potential to create an environment that nurtures both business growth and individual well-being.

Part 2: Taking care of Tech; Crafting tech that serves a purpose, makes profit, and appeals to clients, investors, and the world [3:30pm]

Technology plays a pivotal role in driving innovation, addressing today’s important societal challenges.
How can accelerators help tech startups lay the stones that will pave the way to their success while finding the delicate balance between purpose, profitability, client satisfaction, and stakeholders’ interest?
We’ll talk about: intellectual property, impact investment, collaboration with corporations and development of the US (and international) markets.

Part 3: Taking care of Business (models) and the spaces where we deliver it [4:00pm]       
Ranging from university-anchored pre-accelerators to venture studios and international startup hubs, the spaces (physical or abstract) where we deliver acceleration to startups vary greatly.
We will look into the diverse structures that facilitate startup acceleration and see how they impact the startups they support but also shape the overall ecosystem in which they coexist.
We’ll talk about: business models, pre-incubation, startup hubs, startup studios and ecosystems.
