Mohannad El-Barachi is a tech entrepreneur, investor, and operator working at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and real-world systems. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at AHOY, where he oversees global growth, investor relations, and commercial strategy across 
sovereign AI and large-scale infrastructure deployments.

He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Wrk, a $55M venture-backed platform focused on automation, orchestration, and the execution layer of modern software, enabling enterprises to operationalize AI at scale. 
Previously, Mohannad founded SweetIQ, scaling the company through four consecutive years of 300%+ growth before leading its acquisition by Gannett.

With a background spanning computer science, political science, and executive roles across telecom, automotive, and digital marketing, he brings a cross-industry perspective to building and scaling technology businesses. Alongside his operating roles, he is Managing Partner at M3DG Ventures, investing in early-stage and deep-tech companies shaping the next wave of global technology infrastructure.
