JD Saint-Martin is an operator and investor with nearly 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, entrepreneurship, and global go-to-market leadership.

He began his career in private equity and venture capital at GE Equity and Teralys Capital, co-founded and successfully exited Chronogolf to Lightspeed Commerce (NYSE: LSPD), and went on to serve for seven years as President and CRO of Lightspeed, helping scale recurring revenue beyond $1.2 billion.

He now brings this full-cycle perspective to Boreal Ventures as Co-Managing Partner, where he works closely with portfolio companies to accelerate revenue growth and build scalable go-to-market engines.
