Jenny Faucher is a seasoned entrepreneur and business builder who spent over two decades growing Managing Matters into one of Canada's most recognized and growth-oriented association management companies, before successfully exiting the business in 2026.

Known for her sharp instinct for opportunity and her ability to forge high-value partnerships, Jenny built Managing Matters from the ground up, scaling the business, cultivating an exceptional culture, and positioning the company as a leader in its space. Her approach to growth was always strategic and relationship-driven, combining deep industry knowledge with a relentless focus on long-term value creation.

Under her leadership, Managing Matters earned Great Places to Work® certification for eight consecutive years, was named one of the top 37 small businesses to work for in Canada (under 100 employees) and was celebrated as a top workplace for women and millennials.
