Noémie actively supports Montreal-based startups and SMEs in accelerating their growth at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and sustainability. Her ambition is to build more resilient and competitive businesses that are aligned with tomorrow's challenges, turning innovation and sustainability into genuine drivers of growth.

As Director of Innovation, Noémie acts as a catalyst within the ecosystem, connecting entrepreneurs with the right resources. Thanks to her cross-functional and multi-sector vision, she quickly identifies concrete levers for action to help organizations evolve, clarify their challenges, and seize growth opportunities both locally and internationally.

Drawing on her experience in SaaS solution sales, she combines hands-on field expertise with a Master's degree in business development (B2B), a micro-credential in environmental studies, and the official designation of Quebec Innovation Advisor (conseillère en innovation du Québec).
