Florencia Herra Vega is CEO of Toboggan Labs, a Montreal-based consultancy specializing in product development, AI, and technology strategy for healthcare and life sciences.
She is also Partner and CTO at AlleyCorp, the venture studio and early-stage investor behind companies like MongoDB and Nomad Health. Florencia has led the launch of dozens of products across clinical trials, digital health, and biotech, helping clients operationalize AI, navigate interoperability, and build for regulatory environments.
She was previously co-founder and CTO of Peerio, an encrypted communications company acquired by WorkJam in 2018.
