Alexandre Teodoresco is a City Councillor for the Loyola District (Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Borough) and a member of the Ville de Montréal’s Executive Committee, where he is responsible for optimization, municipal performance, and innovation, including artificial intelligence initiatives.
A graduate of HEC Montréal in marketing and finance, he has built a career combining innovation, organizational transformation, and strategic development across both the public sector and the creative and cultural industries.
Prior to entering municipal politics, Alexandre Teodoresco spent several years working in the cultural and creative sectors, holding leadership roles, contributing to large-scale projects, and acting as a cultural entrepreneur at the intersection of creativity, technology, and innovation. His work included initiatives focused on integrating digital technologies and artificial intelligence into organizations and urban projects.
As a member of the Executive Committee, he brings this dual public-sector and entrepreneurial experience to improving municipal efficiency, optimizing internal processes, and positioning Montréal as an innovative, high-performing city focused on delivering value to its residents.
