Been a judge at Startupfest, the annual startup competition in Montreal since 2024 and resulting angel investor in LGBT+ startups. Also an angel investor at Beavers Den, startup competition in Vancouver spring 2026. Part of the fundraising team for Qmunity, prominent LGBTQ+ organization in Vancouver, part of the team creating an LGBTQ+ cause fund at Charitable Impact Foundation and Member of Equality Without Borders who fights for equality and saving LGBTQ+ lives for those living in homophobic countries. Also mentor at Innovation UBC for startups. Live in Vancouver with my partner and labradoodle. Previously lived in Tokyo and Seattle. Ex-Amazonian.
