Ian Jeffrey is a Montreal tech entrepreneur, passionate about building purpose-driven companies, with multiple startup exits across Montreal and San Francisco. Over the past 20+ years, he has helped build and scale companies ranging from early-stage startups to global technology businesses.

Most recently, Ian co-founded Breathe Life (acquired by Zinnia). Earlier in his career, he helped build PasswordBox (acquired by Intel), later serving as General Manager. In San Francisco he helped build Tiny Pictures (acquired by Shutterfly), creator of Radar, widely recognized by many as the world’s first mobile picture-sharing application.

Ian is also a co-founder of TechPoutine, FounderFuel, and MTLinTech, and previously served as a Venture Partner at Real Ventures. Passionate about building and strengthening the Canadian technology ecosystem, he has spent much of his career supporting entrepreneurship and helping accelerate innovation across Canada.
