Senior Director, BDC Capital
Rita Kasparian has been with BDC for 24 years, holding various roles across the organization, including several in financing and underwriting. For over a decade, she has served as Director within BDC Capital’s Growth & Transition Capital team and joined the Technology team in 2024.
Rita brings extensive experience supporting businesses in sectors such as manufacturing, food & beverage, technology, aerospace, distribution, transportation, and services. Her expertise allows her to craft creative, tailored solutions through customized debt and equity financing supporting entrepreneur's growth needs whether organically or through M&A.
In addition to her role at BDC, Rita has joined the Board of INICI in January 2023, an organization dedicated to helping immigrants integrate into Quebec.
