Adam Gryfe (He/him)

Adam is the COO for CSMC; a nuclear micro-reactor developer solving long-term energy problems for space and immediate needs here on Earth. Adam brings a diverse background as a commercial leader in start-ups and scale-ups that range across autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, health services, and space systems. Prior to CSMC Adam helped lead commercial and partnership strategies for Clearpath Robotics; scaling the company from a team of ten to sales of thousands of autonomous vehicles across 40+ countries. Adam joined CSMC as COO in 2022 as its 3rd employee, where he has since driven increases in headcount and revenues by 10x, and has quickly helped build one of the fastest growing space and nuclear companies in Canada.
