Chloé is a paralegal and trademark agent in training. Driven by a genuine passion for intellectual property protection, she assists her clients in the strategic management of their business projects. She also helps them understand the new implications of Bill 96, particularly regarding the use of French in trademarks and commercial communications in Quebec. She also supports the Delegatus business law team in their various needs. Due to her French-Canadian background, Chloé is particularly sensitive to international intellectual property issues, which allows her to better understand the global challenges facing businesses.
