Ella Seitz (She/Her)

Ella Seitz is the Managing Partner at Esplanade Ventures. Before joining Esplanade, she was a Vice President with McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK), a global leader in healthcare. At McKesson, Ella held a variety of strategy, M&A, business development and innovation leadership roles driving growth, digitization and new business models in healthcare. She led multi-disciplinary teams across business units and functions globally and collaborated with startups to drive innovation and growth. Prior to McKesson, Ella was a principal with Kearney management consulting leading growth strategy, transformation and M&A work for global healthcare and retail clients. Ella is a board member at VHA Home Healthcare a leading non profit homecare provider. Ella holds an MBA with great distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce with great distinction from McGill University.
