Jade Doucet-Martineau (she/her)

Jade Doucet-Martineau is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Puzzle Medical Devices, a Montreal company pioneering a minimally invasive heart pump for patients with advanced heart failure. With her mechanical engineering degree from ÉTS, she co-invented the device's architecture and has led Puzzle Medical from white-board concept to human implants. Today, the team has grown to 50 people, secured U.S. FDA Breakthrough Device Designation, treated 7 patients, and raised more than $80 million.
