With extensive experience in human capital consulting, recruitment, HR strategy, and leadership development, Lianne has a proven track record of driving organizational success. Lianne is also an Operating Partner, Talent at Maverix Private Equity, Canada's leading growth equity fund. She has held Director-level roles at Thorek/Scott & Partners, Hubba, and Wealthsimple. Lianne excels at collaborating with leadership teams to implement innovative HR solutions that align with the strategic and operational goals of businesses.
