Rachel Cox (she/her)

Rachel Cox is the Accelerator Program Manager at COVE. In her role, she leads the UK Ocean ScaleUp Accelerator Program, builds strategic partnerships, and supports international companies entering the Canadian maritime sector. Rachel has extensive international and Canadian experience across diverse industries, including offshore energy, marine telecommunications, aquaculture, and autonomous vessels. She enjoys collaborating with ocean tech companies, learning their 'why,' and helping them navigate market entry challenges. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Dalhousie University and an Advanced Diploma in Marine Geomatics from Nova Scotia Community College.
