Marianne Lépinoit, CPA (she/her)

A seasoned financial executive based in Montreal, Marianne is recognized for her practical and strategic management approach. She has held key roles in major organizations and contributed significantly to their financial and strategic growth through international divestitures, acquisitions and integrations. Marianne was an early investor in Polystyvert and has been instrumental in securing capital for the scale up and expansion of its innovative recycling technologies. She is an active participant in the Quebec entrepreneurship ecosystem as a mentor and coach and is committed to environmental sustainability, having been honored as part of the Clean50 for her contributions to clean capitalism. In her spare time, Marianne enjoys the outdoors in the Laurentians, pursuing various personal interests including beekeeping and permaculture.
