Whitney Rockley is a Co-founder and Managing Director of McRock Capital, a venture capital firm focused exclusively on the Digital Industrial. She has 25 years of investment and operating experience in the energy, city infrastructure and water industries.  She is passionate about ESG and heads up the firm’s responsible investment activities. 

She currently serves on the board of many industrial AI companies including samdesk, Plus One Robotics, Invixium, and Miovision in addition to serving as an advisor of BKR Capital, a venture fund focused on investing in black entrepreneurs, and is Chair of the Haskayne School of Business Management Advisory Council.  Whitney was also the first female Chair of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association

She was the Chair of Decisive Farming (acquired by Telus) and served on the boards of Clearpath Robotics (acquired by Rockwell Automation), mnubo (acquired by AspenTech) and RtTech Software (acquired by AspenTech and was one of the key investors behind RuggedCom, (acquired by Siemens).
