Brady Forrest (he/him)

Brady Forrest is a founding Partner of GenLab Venture Studio. GenLab is focused on building resilient systems for critical infrastructure to support the growth of AI.

Previously, Brady co-founded and served as Vice President of the hardware accelerator Highway1 as a part of PCH. In this role, he led the investment in more than 80 startups and assisted them with early-stage prototyping, team-building, product development, and fundraising. These Highway1 companies have raised more than $200M in subsequent funding. 

Brady is the founder and leader of Ignite Talks, a global talk series that features dynamic, five-minute presentations with a unique format: 20 slides, each auto-advancing every 15 seconds. Over 10,000 Ignite talks have been delivered, with more than 6 million views on YouTube. Ignite is used for internal knowledge-sharing at organizations such as the Gates Foundation, World Bank, Amazon, and Google, and it is a public speaking teaching method for students and professionals.

He is  a Kauffman Fellow, a Loomis Council member at the Stimson Center, and an active angel investor.
