Diana Horqque is the Executive Director at V1 Studio, a non-profit organization that develops and implements programs targeted at 2nd and 3rd cycle researchers, with a mission to provide a point of contact for entrepreneurship to all researchers in Canada.
Additionally, she is the vice-president of the Association of Industrial Designers of Quebec, as well as co-president of the Association of Industrial Designers of Canada.
With her current role and multidisciplinary professional background, Diana is considered a leader in design, an engaging educator, and someone who knows how to connect ecosystems, empowering the startup and innovation environment in Montreal and building strong relationships with various key players in private and public spheres.
She also has concrete experience as an entrepreneur. She is the co-founder of Go-Coconut, a Canadian company that manufactures play couches for children to encourage open, active, and imaginative play.
Diana holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from Concordia University, as well as Diplomas of College Studies in Industrial Design, Technical Clothing Design, and Ecological Building Design.
