Lesley Ross (she/her)

Lesley is a 20 year operator in a broad array of industries targeting both B2C and B2B customers. She started in Growth and Analytics roles and subsequently held COO positions. She’s worked for Fortune 500 companies and been a 4x executive in venture-backed companies, in addition to starting her own company. In parallel, Lesley has been advising and mentoring startups for the last 10 years for organizations such as Google For Startups, Village Capital, Seedcamp London, and Endeavor, among others. Most recently, prior to joining Enjoy the Work in 2020, Lesley was an Expert in Residence for First Round Capital focused on Operations and Analytics.
