Lia Grimanis

Financial Post Magazine featured Lia Grimanis as one of Canada's 100 Most Powerful Women. She was also named one of 50 global "Unsung Heroines" by the International Alliance for Women, was named Woman of the Year by Chatelaine Magazine, Business Trailblazer by Amazing Woman's Day and she is now the Guinness Book of World Record holder for Heaviest Vehicle Pull (women's category), a record she set out to break, in Support of women and girls at risk.

Once a homeless youth, Lia Grimanis has risen to the top of her field in the corporate world, having served most recently as the Regional Head of Financial Services, Americas, for a division of the global technology firm TIBCO. She has also founded and co-founded 4 non-profits, including Up With Women, an organization that helps homeless women and children to rebuild their lives.
