Kelly Friedman

Kelly Friedman is a partner in the Toronto office of the law firm DLA Piper (Canada) LLP.   Kelly is an experienced litigator with unique expertise in electronic information issues, including electronic discovery, cybersecurity and privacy.  Kelly is known for her efficient, no-nonsense approach to problem solving and dispute resolution.   Kelly frequently presents  seminars on data privacy and security in the context of emerging technologies, including Big Data and the Internet of Things.  In 2011, Kelly was named one of Canadian Lawyer‘s “Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada.”
