Ivana Lochhead (she/her)

Ivana is a growth strategist with a data-driven and human-centered design approach to solving business challenges. She started her career in marketing consulting, and shifted in 2015 to focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and diversity and inclusion. Ivana immersed herself into the Canadian tech ecosystem at MaRS Discovery District where she developed a focus in the talent access space. Now as VP of Growth at Global Skills Hub, Ivana is committed to solving the tech talent shortage across Canada and building a more diverse and inclusive tech community. She also consults part-time for a niche consulting firm, Feminuity, where she is exploring strategies for diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts at a company level as well as more broadly across the Canadian tech ecosystem. Ivana holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business (Toronto) & IE School of Business (Madrid).
